We offer fine art prints, postcards, and related creative products. All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders and Payments

  • All prices are listed in EUR unless otherwise stated.
  • Payments are processed through secure third-party providers (such as Stripe).
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders placed from outside the European Union for certain products.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Physical products are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
  • Postcards are shipped only to the following regions: Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States of America, Australia, Japan, China, and Singapore.
  • Fine art prints are shipped only within the European Union unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or force majeure.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the nature of limited edition art prints and made-to-order products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the issue.

6. Subscriptions (if applicable)

For subscription products (such as monthly letters or postcards):

  • Billing is handled by the chosen payment provider.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time according to the provider’s terms.
  • Cancellation applies to future billing periods and does not retroactively refund previous payments unless required by law.

All photographs, text, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Anna Chekryshova Photography and may not be used, reproduced, distributed, or modified without written permission.
